"Colette" Art Deco Style Bench By Roman Erlikh

Colette's design was inspired by Emile-Jacques Ruhlmann's classic work desk and realized with contemporary techniques. Convex curvatures with constantly changing radius express structural clarity of the shape, guiding the eye along the lines of the bench while allowing for a smooth flowing transition between vertical sculptural elements and horizontal shapes. Colette series blends references to the history of art and design with contemporary aesthetics of private and social spaces.Walnut, mahogany, and other exotic woods are used for fabrication. The bench will be custom made to an order, giving a customer options to pick wood and fabric that reflect their personal style and match the existing interiors.
