Design House Stockholm's Gardener's Sofa is every gardener's dream, as the name already suggests. The more natural the planting, the better – the light and airy essence of the sofa sinks rootlessly into the plants. Swedish designer Eva Schildt says she designed Gardener's Sofa not only to be used by humans but also to be taken over by nature itself. Over time, plants and flowers wrap themselves around the sofa's structure, shrinking it almost invisibly into the greenery. The double-coated steel surface ensures that the garden sofa does not suffer even from the toughest love of plants, and is also highly resistant to changing weather conditions, from summer rain to scorching sunshine.
