An Italian three-chair back fruitwood sofa bench, with cane seat and cushion, from the mid 20th century. This vintage settee from Italy has a three-chair back design with straight rail crest along the back that has a subtle curve at either end. It is flanked within a pair of curvy wood arm rests that terminate into outwardly scrolled knuckles. The seating is hand-caned and sits within a clean skirt, and backside is bowed. This piece is nicely presented upon six saber legs. The upholstered seat cushion is in fair condition, however, a fabric refresh would make this piece work with your own design aesthetic. This mid-century Italian three-seat carved-wood settee, with its curvy lines and graceful style, is cute, cute, cute! And has the added ability to be floated within a room.
