Mid Century Ming settee/bench. While many mid century Ming furniture pieces were lacquered, this beautiful bench seems to have avoided the process. Dark walnut wood and original brass hardware set this piece apart. The “medium” size makes the bench very versatile, and could be used in almost any space. This piece is unmarked, but seems to be a James Mont design or Michael Taylor “Far East” collection.
