The top of his magnificent Pig Bench is a single slab of oak over 3’ thick. It is gnarled, chopped, and cupped through decades of purposeful use. The hand-sawn legs are mortised directly into the underside of the top and are splayed for stability. At around 24”, it is a great height for use as a base for heavy kitchen or workshop jobs.
