Apply natural scented oils or waxes every six months using the provided wax. After waxing, avoid placing cushions or sitting on the surface with light-colored clothing, as friction may cause slight color transfer. Promptly dab any spills with absorbent paper—do not rub. Hot liquids and strong detergents may permanently damage the surface. Dispose of wax-covered clothes following the maintenance kit instructions.Solid cedar wood naturally expands, contracts, and forms cracks or splits over time. These are expected and do not qualify as defects. The Vulcano finish process may cause additional cracks, revealing pale yellow tones of untreated cedar beneath. This is a normal reaction and does not affect the wood’s integrity. Cracks or indentations can be touched up using the special brush and black color included in the maintenance kit.This product is NOT intended for outdoor use. Exposure to outdoor elements may lead to significant cracking, fading, and damage, which will not be considered grounds for complaints or claims. They are part of the standard safety method used to stabilize the item during shipment.For this reason, these screw points are not considered damage and cannot be used as the basis for a claim.
