Sculptural Teak Wood Bench, Modern Organic, Burnt & Natural Finish

This bench was sculpted from solid teak wood with an elegant mix of contours. The wood used to create this bench is reclaimed, sourced from old pillars of traditional Java Houses, from the island of Java, Indonesia. It features a mix of wood finishings. The seat features natural finish where the wood was sanded and finished with a clear coat. The two cylindrical legs were burnt numerous times and finished with a clear coat to achieve their black pigment. The bench has stunning wood contours and shades that add to its charm.
