A classic Swedish sofa/bench with many beautiful features. Carved ornaments in the form of slatted bars in the back and sides are featured, as are white-painted and bronzed wooden elements. The upholstery is fixed on the seat and loose in the back and side cushions. The entire piece is covered in a blue checked cotton fabric. It features fluting and rosettes. The legs are tapered. It dates from approximately 1900. The moderate dimensions of the piece are also impressive. The seat height is a comfortable 46 cm, the width is 166 cm, and the depth is 63 cm.
