The Wave Bench by Brent Warr is a bold sculptural statement, merging functional design with artistic form. Its undulating backrest and bulbous legs echo a whimsical interpretation of classic silhouettes. Constructed from a wood core and sculpted using a proprietary mix of gypsum, pulp, and epoxy, the piece is encased in fiberglass for lasting durability. Ideal for residential or boutique interior spaces, the Wave Bench challenges traditional design boundaries while remaining entirely usable.Each piece is made to order and is available in Orange or custom colors. The cushion is upholstered with custom woven fabric.Brent Warr Studios founder Brent Warr was raised in Georgia, USA and studied at Auburn University’s college of Architecture, Design, and Construction. Before moving to the back to Georgia to start his furniture and lighting studio, he moved to NYC to work for esteemed Interior and Architecture firms Meyer Davis Studio and Yabu Pushelberg. Now located in Bainbridge, Georgia, Warr’s furniture, lighting, sculptures, and interiors projects are defined by a studied balance of fluidity and structure, composition and function. His practice is both intuitive and informed by an understanding of history, process, and materials. Above all, Warr’s guiding principles are humor and storytelling.
