The coexist bench uses balance and delicate harmony of materials meeting. The bench consists of a brushed nickel frame, Carrara marble cubes, and mattress upholstered in mohair fabric. The pieces fit together seamlessly, with the marble cubes holding up each end of the piece. The black steel frame, balanced on two marble cubes carries a 4" thick mattress. The mattress upholstered in rich mohair fabric ensures warmth and comfort. The piece comes together with precision fitting and engineering to allow for the parts to rely upon one another to exist - hence coexist.This piece is designed and manufactured locally in New York City.
