Published in 1980 to commemorate the 125th anniversary of the founding of Louis Vuitton, this 2-volume slipcased gift book set celebrates the famous fashion design house. Fully illustrated, the books include photographs by Jacques-Henri Lartique as well as vintage advertising, publicity photos, and art work. This is a limited edition publication given as gifts from Louis Vuitton to special clients and associates. Copies were never commercially available.
