Albero GFF 100 is a bookcase. Its complex structure, which combines two precious wood essences such as Santos Rosewood and American Brown Walnut, requires a high level of artisanal and cabinetmaking expertise to be produced. The load-bearing column is made of solid American Brown Walnut, a particularly dark wood that enhances the architectural presence of the piece. Composed of two toothed pillars with a special rack-and-pinion joint and four uprights perforated at regular intervals, the Albero GFF 100 bookcase features a floor-to-ceiling fixing system with metal pins and collars. It includes twelve adjustable shelves in Santos Rosewood, one of the rarest and most valuable woods in the world. It is characterized by an elegant reddish-brown grain with black lines, sometimes with pinkish or purplish undertones. The grain creates ever-changing patterns that make each piece unique. The bookcase has a 360° rotation and features a laser engraving on the lower toothed pillar with the designer’s signature and the Poltrona Frau logo. The special edition is marked with a “GFF100” plaque. Albero GFF 100 is made with FSC 100% certified wood.
