Barrister is the English term for 'Lawyer' in the 1800s. The stacks are interchangeable and pieces can be removed if needed, see dimensions below. The glass doors operate on a scissor-hinge mechanism and slide back into place at the top. These were traditionally used to protect the more expensive barrister books. Today this would make the perfect book or display case for all of your collectibles. The depth profile is very slim and can easily fit in a narrow space. Mid of solids, veneers and metal hardware.
