Late 19th-century bookcase. This double-bodied bookcase in light mahogany is in very good condition. The front uprights are mounted with projecting moldings and terminate in tapered legs in the Louis XVI style. The lower section has one adjustable shelf, and the upper section has three adjustable shelves. The interior has a glazed finish, with a beeswax patina. The fittings and handles are bronze.
