Old shelf or large 1900 bookcase in very nicely patinated pine. we love its xl format, with its numerous storage compartments, its molded cornices, its plinths, its old paint in places highlighting the compartments, giving the whole thing a crazy elegance. the background is paneled. the shelf has deliberately kept its old patina, which clearly gives it all its charm, the black borders which frame each box, the wood-look paint which is flaking nicely in places, with its very elegant color. the piece of furniture has been completely washed, then protected with a transparent matte varnish. defects inherent to its great age are present, defects in the paint, small gaps in the wood in places. - dimensions - l 124 / 133 with cornices x d 28 and 33 with cornices x h 185 cm box dimensions - l 39 x d 26 x h 14 cm
