There may be cracks or knots that we fill, patch or join in a considered and artful way at the makers discretion. We look at every slab and decide what needs a patch or epoxy or both. Case by case, one may be more effective and better for the furniture, aesthetically, structurally, and for our process. Please note: If a specific tool, like a patch, is not desired, please specify this when ordering. This may require procuring different lumber which can alter costs. If color adjustment is requested on a completed piece after the fact, we will charge additional you for a custom stain.
