This solidly built, large Wilhelminian period Buffet features rich carvings, ornate details, and decorative elements including heavy brass , reflecting the prevailing taste for opulence and grandeur of the Kaiser Wilhelm II period in pre-War Germany (1870 - 1890). The Buffet can be disassembled into two pieces. The top features a center display shelf flanked by two cabinets with interior shelves. The bottom section includes three drawers, over three doors enclosing interior shelves and three pull out cutting boards, one each above the drawers.
