Black Display, Server/Buffet Cabinet , Louis XV antique French buffet in the Rococo style . Finished on a distressed Black color and protected with satin, water based , clear polyurethane. The antique buffet is a direct import from France and it dates to late 1800's. The 4-door buffet includes two beveled glass door in the top hutch, further enhanced by a decorative molding. The cabriole legs separate the top and lower cabinets . Carved acanthus leaves adorn the endings of this decorative Rococo antique buffet. Two drawers add to the storage section, with dovetailed joints and brass hardware. The 4 doors opens up to a shelving section, ** please note the 3 shelves are covered with a decorative style of news paper, added by the previous owner*** and not original to the piece.
