Napoleon III furniture topped with red Monjoi marble. This piece of furniture opens with a door decorated with marquetry representing a bird and butterflies fluttering around sinuous branches. This floral scene is surrounded by nets and then brass rods forming ogee moldings. The veneer\.is arranged like butterfly wings. At the corners in the upper part, we find compositions forming the heads of birds surrounded by leaves. The door also has a key, a chiseled bronze ribbon entry and an original working lock. On each side of this door, two recessed columns, turned and with fixed flutes, are decorated with brass rings at the top and bottom. This piece of furniture has projecting corners. The upper rail is also decorated with a floral arrangement arranged on a quatrefoil. This piece of furniture is topped with red Montjoi marble with barely visible cracks.
