Country French Louvered low cabinet, that we found along the Route de Fougères in Northern France. Our opinion is, that someone had some old shutters laying around and wanted to make a country French style low buffet, which would be ideal to place a TV over and hide all your paraphernalia for your electronics inside and out of sight.
