Found in France, this medium-sized French Art Deco buffet dates from the late 1930s / early 1940s. Curved pedestal base trimmed in brass. Cabinet is rosewood with contrasting pale wood interior (perhaps it is maple?). Bottom portion of cabinet has two locking storage compartments that are open without shelves separated by a panel that has a white and gold painted finish. Top compartment has maple interior with two sliding glass doors. Unknown maker. Very good overall vintage condition with some scattered minor scuffs and dings to wood finish. One key for functional locks on bottom of cabinet.
