Cody, Demi-lune, tessellated marble server buffet, credenza, and/or console in a contrasting cream with white marble accents, along with a graphic, tessellated black marble details throughout this footed piece. Manner of Maitland-Smith. The piece has 3-drawers and 2-side doors, with round, black marble handles, as well as a perimeter rectangular surround to each drawer and door front. While each door, situated to the offsetting and/or apposing ended sides, has 3 interior shelving levels, while the drawer fronts also apply to utilitarian storage, give that it is residing in a dining room, for table cloths, napkins, napkin rings, candles, bar essentials/bar utensils, and or spirits. This piece is currently residing within a quasi-formal Dining Room. The top of the demo-lune piece offsets an inlaid, sunburst scalloped design detailed top, an old Adage or not the French Period, but with a nod to the Transitional, Modernist era. This piece was purchased, and custom ordered/made for said client, with clients' Designer, within the Design Center of S. Florida, called D.C.O.T.A. in the E.G. Cody Showroom.
