Maison LALIQUE, based on a model created by Marc Lalique in 1945. Candlestick resting on a large circular base, made of molded-pressed translucent glass with a stylized decoration of two intertwined circles, with borders adorned with plant-like motifs. At the top of the candlestick, there is a hollow circular support serving as a candle holder. Fairly old work from the mid-20th century, circa 1945-1950. Stamped signature, on the back of the candlestick base, "Lalique France". Model known as "Malmaison". Two details should be noted: - the candlestick was later mounted as a lamp. For this purpose, the upper base, serving as a candle holder, was pierced (in a clean and professional manner), but this does not appear to be original. However, this does not detract from the candlestick's appeal\. It even allows for a "double" use. - it seems to be a glass production, not crystal. This piece has an attribution mark, I am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
