Production in murano glass produced by mazzega and design attributable to gaetano sciolari. the extension from the ceiling goes from a minimum of 97 cm to a maximum of 130 cm. bullicant murano glass with milky pattern. the sphere with a diameter of 45 cm, ends in the mouth of a volcano, in which is grafted a lamp holder (attack e27) which is inserted a bulb projection. Inside the sphere are well integrated into the steel structure 4 lamp holders e14 attack, which illuminate the sphere from the inside, perfectly defining the volumes, and giving it, thanks to the glass bulb illuminated from the inside, the romantic appearance similar to the full moon. this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
