Glo-ball Ceiling Lamp

Disinterested in novelty, Jasper Morrison prefers to add fresh perspective to common forms. His Glo-Ball Ceiling Lamp (1998) does just that, infusing the ubiquitous overhead fixture with a quiet glamor. An acid-etched diffuser made of opaline glass serves as the lamp's shade; each is hand-blown and casts a soft, luminous light. A die-cast aluminum ceiling mount with a polyamide base secures the fixture. Bulb (not included): halogen 100W/T8/E26. UL Listed.
