This is where form and function meet, in a 19th century Louis XV center table design triumph. This center table is versatile, ready to take its place in a foyer with fresh flowers or elsewhere between two ocassional chairs. The breche violette marble is a highlight with its distinctive hue, as well as the parcel gilt parquetry and inlaid satinwood details. This beauty was made in France between 1875-1900. The circular breche violette marble sits atop the marquetry and parquetry frame, fitted with two drawers over a carved and pierced bottom rail. It is raised on graceful cabriole legs ending in parcel gilt carved feet. A wonderful piece that we acquired at an estate sale auction in the South Bay. Dimensionss: 30 inches high, 30 inches diameter
