The Elegant Arc And The Flat Spindles For Comfort To Ones Back And Shoulders Is Incorporated Into The Design. The Armrests Are Placed To The Right Height And Angle To Enhance The Comfort To The Body In The Perfect Resting Position While Sitting. The Backrest Arc Design Along With The Creative Pattern Of The Flattened Spindles Gives A Hint To A Peacocks Plumage As Mentioned And Documented Name To This Magnificent Piece Called The "Peacock Chair" by A Fellow Associate Designer, Finn Juhl. Found No Label Or Stamp On This Piece, It Is Excellent Vintage Condition, A Few Small Dings To The Legs, The Cording Is Clean And Intact, No Loose Cording, Chair Is Strong And Sturdy. Bought This Piece Many Many Years Ago For My Own Collection But Am Willing To Let It Go To A New Home.
