Rare 19th Century Burmese/Anglo Indian lavishly hand carved Padouk wood high back side chair. Circa 1880. The chair is profusely hand carved with foliage, flowers and birds. It has a central oval panel to the spoon shaped scrolled back. .The round shaped seat with a velvet upholstered seat, easy reupholster . Standing on carved legs.
