This marvelous 20th Century Chinese horseshoe chair is created in the style of George Yee in a beautiful rosewood with a medallion in the center of the back, curved arms and traditional Chinese legs with light carving. This fabulous chair was purchased in Hong Kong in the 1960s. Please review the photos for additional information. The custom-made recently added cushion is a very complimentary shade of red, with a subtle embossed Asian design. Backstamp: Although in the George Yee style, there are no makers marks. Cushion is Scalamandre fabric. Measurements for this fabulous creation are: Height=33 inches, Width at widest=31 inches, Depth from front to back=23 inches. This marvelous Chinese horseshoe chair has been well cared for, gently used and is in excellent vintage condition, free from chips, cracks, repairs or other imperfections. Cushion is new and fabric is clean, free from rips, tears or stains. This fabulous chair would be the perfect addition to your living or family room, particularly if you like the Asian/Chinese style!
