Antique Chippendale Ball & Claw Chair

A family heirloom, this lovely late 1800's Chippendale mahongany chair has been handed down for 4 generations. At a local Antiques Roadshow event, the piece was appraised (off-camera) by Leslie Keno as late 19th C.Chippendale style.featuring classic ball & claw feet, carved knees, shell carved skirt, interlocking motif back, and period appropriate needlepoint textile. Seat 23"H. Excellent antique condition, structurally sound with age apopropriate patina and finish wear.
