Chair By Yrjö Kukkapuro (1933 -), Experiment Series Chair by Yrjö Kukkapuro from the Experiment Series for Avarte, Finland 1982. Chrome tubalar frame with black lackered plywood seats and black leather upholstery, the armrest are made of grey lackered curved plywood. There are very few small dents and some other different colors comes out The measurements are: Total height 73 cm Seat height is 37 cm 53 cm wide and the dept is 60 cm. The chairs from the Experiment Series for Avarte where made in a small production and are therefore hard to find. The chairs are very comfortable. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
