The GrGrand Prix Leather Side Chair from Fritz Hansen is designed by Arne Jacobsen. Its an update to the Grand Prix originally introduced at the Designers’ Spring Exhibition at the Danish Museum of Art in 1957. Later that year, it was awarded the Grand Prix at the Triennale in Milan. This chair combines Scandinavian and contemporary styles. It’s characterized by a graphic edge, evidenced by the sharp angles of the seatback. It features comfortable essential leather, and a frame of ash veneer forms outwardly curved legs that support the seat.
