Elegant pair of mirror image asymmetrical Art Deco shell back parlor chairs in a wine colored upholstery. The pair features solid wood frames with gold leaf finish, curved backs, tapered legs, reeded carvings and very elegant form. The maker is unconfirmed but the form and quality is very similar to Grosfeld House. The gilt wood finish has a lovely old patina.
