A coordinating pair of antique Chinese Qing dynasty horseshoe chairs circa 1850. Hand crafted entirely of elmwood using traditional mortise and tenon joinery, they feature rounded 'wishbone' back rails/arms, gently curved back splats with carved emblems unique to each, continuous front-to-back bentwood legs, and beautiful natural wood patina. These are relatively smaller in size with wide but shallow seats; one chair is slightly larger than the other. Dimensions: 25"W x 24.25"D x 31.5"H (18"H seat)
