A set of four ‘Les Arcs’ chairs attributed to French architect Charlotte Perriand. Designed in the 1970s, these chairs feature tubular chrome frames with stitched chocolate leather seats and backs, which attach to the frames with leather straps and metal hardware. These chairs are documented in Charlotte Perriand: An Art of Living, McLeod, pg. 190-195 discuss Arc Mobilier Charlotte Perriand: A Life of Creation, Perriand, ppg. 113-125 detail constructing and furnishing Les Arcs. Good vintage condition, with age-related wear to the leather including staining, discoloration, and scratches. Oxidation to the chrome frames that has occurred over time.
