Tate Soft chair, the Cappellini best seller designed by Jasper Morrison, has undergone a complete renewal in terms of look and finishes, as part of broader intervention which also includes the launching of new seats and bases.‎Offered in an variety of stackable chairs and stools of two different heights in ash plywood with fixed upholstery (in fabric or leather) and a shell with a high or low backrest, Tate Soft can be equipped with different bases: four legs with a satined stainless steel finish or matte satined lacquer in the shades of white, mud, anthracite, pumpkin, brick, grass green, petrol and Prussian blue; with a sled base, in satined stainless steel or matte varnished in white, anthracite or mud; with five polished chrome spokes, with feet or castors.‎ The four-legged version in stainless steel can also be equipped with a reclinable table in thick black laminate.‎
