Venetian black lacquered chinoiserie side chair with shaped top rail, vasiform splat over a silk upholstered cushion seat, scalloped apron on all sides, cabriole legs joined by turned stretchers, terminating in pad feet on oval blocks. The whole decorated with gilded designs of a central figure on the splat, flowers and X-shaped patterns.
