Rare fully stamped Victorian 1840 hoop back Windsor chair High Wycombe. Beautiful patina, wonderful workmanship and remarkably comfortable. Very sturdy. Because they are so well made, the joints are all good, there is no woodworm or wobbling, the wood has a good natural patination, they have not been stripped or stained Very nice chair which stands out by its good quality. The chair is stamped, an English cabinetmaker from High Wycombe in the suburbs of London. Very nice patina and in very good condition.
