Kalmar, Austria, manufactured in midcentury, circa 1970 (late 1960s or early 1970s).The lamps can be used as pendant lights/chandeliers or as semi-flush mounted lights, as they can be hung very close to the ceiling and the bulbs can be changed from the underside of the lights.The lights are very rare in this dimension. Each fixture is made of a brass frame with 32 bulb sockets which are covered with 'Granada' ice glass lamp shades. Each glass piece has the dimensions of 4.5 x 4.5 x 9.5 inch (11.5 x 11.5 x 24 cm).Dimensions of a lamp:Body without chain: 39.4 x 39.4 x 17.7 inch (100 x 100 x 45 cm) / diameter: 56 inch (140 cm).Current total drop is 47 inch (120 cm). It can be altered to any length for free of charge.The fixture is compatible with US/UK/ etc. standards and it is ready to use.It is possible to install this fixture in all countries (US, UK, Europe, Asia, Canada,) although it may be necessary to purchase different light bulbs suitable to local electricity. It sockets for small Edison screw base bulbs E14 (max. 40W per bulb). A rewiring with E12 sockets is possible.The price is per fixture. Several other European companies like Orrefors (Sweden), Limburg and Hillebrand from Germany, and Arredoluce, Silnovo, Fontana Arte from Italy used hand blown or textured glass for their lamps in 1950s, 1960s and 1970s.
