Chairish

$27,995

This translucent blown glass chandelier with six sconces dates back to the late 1930s and early 1940s. It was produced by the Veronese house and is attributed to André Arbus. Made from Murano glass and crystal, it features six large sconces adorned with sizable shells, each measuring nine inches in diameter. The shaft consists of six pieces of blown glass, with ascending leaves that are serrated and others that are curved. The Veronese house, founded in 1931, specializes in creating custom-made lighting crafted by the master glassmakers of Murano. André Arbus (1903-1969) was a 20th-century French architect, decorator, and sculptor.
