A lyrical composition in glass and brass, this 1940s chandelier is attributed to Pietro Chiesa for Fontana Arte. Suspended from a slender brass stem, two floating glass discs with etched star motifs frame a trio of arms, each with tulip-form bobèches. The celestial composition is restrained yet poetic — Chiesa’s hand evident in the balance of line and ornament. Condition: Great vintage condition, with a patinated finish to the brass. This pendant has been professionally rewired for U.S. use by our team of restorationists and features a new canopy. Accepts three E12 light bulbs. Additional Dimensions: OAH: 40"; Canopy: 4.25"Diameter x 1"H
