French Art Deco 7-light frosted glass, brass, and copper chandelier, circa the 1930s. This magnificent chandelier, attributed to Ezan, typically Parisian from the 1930s, is made of copper, brass, and white frosted glass. The chandelier features a two-tier light and five branches supporting dishes all embellished with dripping icicle motifs. The central parts of the chandelier are decorated with frosted glass icicles. Seven sockets for B22 size light bulbs. The light fixture is in complete working order, but as with all vintage or antique lighting, we would always suggest it is tested and fitted by a qualified electrician. Ezan was one of the best French glass manufactories (circa 1920 – 1945). It was located a little north of Paris. In the mid-1930s it became well-known for its glassware in bluish opalescent glass and the opalescent stylized glass icicles.
