Distinctive 1930s chandelier designed by harald notini for arvid böhlmarks lampfabrik. The nickel-plated fixture features five softly curved arms surrounding a central sphere (partly hidden in the photos), giving the piece its balanced, sculptural form. Each arm holds a circular glass shade in warm cream tones with a red accent band, characteristic of notini’s decorative yet refined lighting for böhlmarks during this period. A beautiful example of early swedish functionalism combined with subtle art deco influences. Very good vintage condition with light signs of age. The central sphere shows a small, hardly visible dent. Wiring: all our lamps are wired for eu standards. this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution, up to 250v (europe/uk standard).the wiring of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
