Early 1900's Art Nouveau English Stevens & Williams Gas Chandelier Converted To Electric

What a unique art nouveau light fixture from the early 1900's. It is believed to be designed by Stevens & Williams out of England, but there is no visible maker's mark. It was originally an oil lamp and was later converted to electric. The body is made of brass in a swirling design with flowers and leaves. The brass is tarnished throughout giving it true antique charm. Both the glass shade and glass base have lovely scalloped edges, and the base also has a beautiful floral design. The glass is exquisite and intact. The electric is currently on a plug but could be hardwired if preferred. What a fun modernized antique fixture for your home! Overall dimensions are 22" wide x 10" deep x 42" high with about 42" length of wire to the plug. Glass base is 10" diameter x 9-1/2" high.
