French rustic-style six-light beech and copper chandelier. Its design features a miniature well at the top of the fixture. The well is depicted as realistically as possible: the well’s roof appears to have its own tiles, and a small bucket hangs beneath the roof. The roof appears to be supported by four small balusters. Finally, the surface of the lower part of the well is carved to resemble brickwork. This decorative element is accented with copper to highlight it further. Six beech wood arms support the chandelier’s bulbs. Just as in the days when candles were used for lighting, each bulb has its own small copper cup. The entire piece is made of dark-stained beech with warm tones, creating a lovely contrast with the copper of the well, especially when the light is on. The lighting also highlights the wood’s texture and the carved details.
