This chandelier was designed by Gaetano Sciolari in the 1970s and was produced in Italy in the same period. It is made from a golden brass frame with crystal glass pieces. It is in very good vintage condition. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
