Spectacular mid-century chandelier designed by Richard Essig in Germany, circa 1960s. This impressive piece features 19 textured glass globes, each beautifully crafted with a ribbed and faceted surface that creates a striking play of light. The globes are arranged in a clustered formation around a polished chrome frame and central stem, giving the lamp a sculptural, almost floral silhouette. A striking design with a sculptural presence — both graceful and bold — ideal for elevating a dining room, entrance hall, or contemporary living space. It has the normal traces of use, see pictures. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution, Up to 250V (Europe/UK Standard). The wiring of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
