Late 19th Century French Bronze Gilded Quartz Rock Crystal 6-Light Chandelier from the Belle-Époque era. The gilt-bronze cage chandelier has 6 lights, 4 hollow crystal finials or spikes, clear cut crystals and quartz rock crystals each with a rosette crystal above them and the bottom crystal is egg shaped. It features a tiered silhouette. The chandelier is accented with pendeloques, rosettes, and obelisks made of crystal. This chandelier was originally made for candles but then updated to USA wired electricity. Comes with chain and ceiling pendant. Airy in presence, it is an unusual model well suited for formal spaces. Ideal for an entry, stair hall, or dining room, it brings sparkle and warmth without visual heaviness.
