Chandelier by "Kaiser", made in the 1960s. Brass construction painted green, glass balls with screw thread. The lamp requires six E14 bulbs with Edison screw socket. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
