Lovely, Whimsical, Vintage, French Style, metal tole, Hotair balloon chandelier, made in Italy, 1950s. This chandelier is in very good condition for the age and use of the item. It has original aged patina paint, showing time and some wear you could expect for the age and use of the item. The chandelier is in working condition. I believe the wiring is original.
